Candie  Billant

SXM Project Volunteer

Candie Billant is a local volunteer for SXM Project. She is actively involved with planning activities for the final Phase III to help Re-Establish the tourism economy of the island. Being born on the island of St Martin she has developed a vast network of business and government contacts which she uses to help clients design, refurbish and construct properties in both the French & Dutch side of the island.  

She is a Property Manager and Sales person who specializes in investment properties for short term rental market. She is the manager of the Blue mall Residence and also has a rental business portfolio of smaller properties. Candie is fluent in French, English and can communicate in Spanish as well.
